Corrections are the most valuable kind of message. If a definition is wrong, an etymology is disputed, or an example sentence is awkward, tell us. Include the word and the issue. We check corrections against our primary sources and push fixes within a day or two.
Word suggestions are welcome. If there is a word you have always wanted explained properly — its full etymology, its register, how to use it without sounding affected — send it. We cannot promise to publish every suggestion, but the best ones go straight into the review queue.
